Emails to sales@vbulletin.com go to the same support system. If you didn't receive an automated reply, then this means either we never got those emails, or the replies were blocked by your ISP or email client.

The 102740 ticket was answered in 1 hour 31 minutes. This is slower than our average response time, but some of us sleep from time to time.
