I have no problem with access unless the site is busy, it's not an IP thing in my case, just server too busy to respond sometimes.

I have not been able to acsess the vbulletin.com site for atleast two days. I wish to purchise a new licence and I cannot even do so!

Have they come up with any kind of work-around yet? (other than emailing support your IP) I can only imagine what this must be doing to their business....hopefully they will get it solved soon

They have some problems with alot of attacks and have banned some wide ip ranges. You are probably in one of them, you can email them with the problem and your ip and they will come up with a temporary fix.
