i like to ban users by a special method. (sorry my english is not so good)

Wenn i bann a user i will that following stuff works but i don't know how can i program this ?

So:

When a user is banned from me or a Mod than this should happen:

The banned user mußt click "refresh" and then a start a countdown.

I mean: The bannen person musst click 1000 times "refresh" and first than he can logged in. This is good cause 3 days baning is too soft.
by this method he must click. How can i do this ? I have an Vbulletin 3000 gamma board.

In other words you want it so that when a member is banned, they must click refresh about a thousand times before they may post again? Wont this damage your server somehow?

Also as you said it is for vB3 GAMMA and vB3 hacks are not allowed here until the release of RC1 so i do not believe you will get any help here.
