Interesting question. Many things are simply done and redone in this world. Hacks being one of those things. Hacking has been around for a long time. I remember the WWIV bulliten board system back in the 80's and all the hacks which were made and installed to users who purchased the C++ source code.
The future of hacks is simply the desire of the people... Anythings is possible, dreams come true
..........Is it Just me or someone needs to enlarge the Date of the last reply this is the third time I just saw this. By the way Geographic, its been more than a year and a half since last reply >_>!
The only hacks I care about are the store, arcade, and shoutbox. And if those people plan on charging money for those hacks then I'm sticking with vb 2.3.0 until I'm dead.
vbulletin.org does not allows hack to be charged, all hacks that are posted here are free, and I am very sure this will apply to vB3 as well. There are hundreds of people making hacks, I am sure more than one personw ill make a same major hacks, given thats there are so many differnet kind of store, arcade, and shoutbox.

people when they charge for their hacks ovlisoulys do alot more than just the average few file edits, mostly its a hole new program outside of vb almost >.>
personaly i feel people should be trying to make hacks that dont need to edit vb files, just run off there database when ever there able to because it save people having to install hacks everytime they need to update the board to the latest coding.
Thats why my vb3 messanger hack was let to be posted on here because it dont edit the vb3 files or database just adds a few tables to the database.
