Keep getting this message:

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

I'm using exactly the same email address for my account that I did for my account on vBulletin.com, and that worked fine, which is a pain as I need some hacks, also validated on vbulletintemplates.com, but just seem to show up as unlicensed here, any ideas why?

Because I just fixed it, I read another post on the forums that said if you put the same email address on all three lines in the vB members area it would fix it, and it did for me, shouldn't really have to do it that way though!

hey its doing it to me too. wats up i cant even get into my private messages due to the same thing its starting to get on my nerves. Also how do i get a forum from vbulletin for my webstie so that i can have a battle hack

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

I keep on not only recieving this message but when i try to log on it wont let me. And also i went to check about my email to get my password i lost and it says my email is not in the database.
