vBQuiz 1.0
NOTE: all functionality-impairing bugs have been fixed. The attached files should work well on just about any PHP installation. What's it do? It allows you to setup a quiz center on your boards quickly and easily. This quiz center is FULLY templated, integrated with vBulletin, and has an advanced Admin script for managing the quizzes, categories, and questions. Here's an example: Movie Forums - Quizzes A few of its features...
Files Enclosed (in vbquiz.zip) - instructions.txt (read it!) - quiz.php (upload to main forum dir) - admin_quiz.php (upload to admin dir) - install_quiz.php (upload to admin dir and then run) Enjoy! Also: a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE thanks to GamerForums for beta testing this hack for me. His help was completely invaluable and surely saved me a lot of work in the long run. Thanks! ![]() Show Your Support

Awesome hack! Installed!
I would also love if there was a way to allow people to create their own quizzes for submission to admin. |

trackpads, yes you can use standard HTML in the question (and maybe even the answers) so you will get standard HTML output. I have been using images in some of my questions at MCSE World. You can check it if you like at www.mcseworld.com/forums/quiz.php, but you'd need to register to see them.
Bottom line, yes you can use pictures. ![]() Quote:

I've just installed this great hack but there's a small bug...
All results are emailed with template headers: <!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: email_quizresults --> and <!-- END TEMPLATE: email_quizresults --> For example: Subject: <!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: email_quizresults_subject --> Neo Board - Quiz nr. 36 - Results <!-- END TEMPLATE: email_quizresults_subject --> and the email body looks like this: <!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: email_quizresults --> Congratulations, you have successfully passed this quiz. You correctly answered 2 of 3 total questions - a grade of 67%. - Date: 10-15-2003 - Total: 2 out of 3 - Percentage: 66 percent ---------------------------------------- Take Another Quiz .... View Your Control Panel ... <!-- END TEMPLATE: email_quizresults --> Any idea how to fix this problem? Thanx for every help! PS: I'm running on vB 2.2.7 |

The installtion makes changes to some database tables, so you'll have to manually delete those (in addition, of course, to deleting the uploaded files and changes). If you're running MySQL and have phpmyadmin, just go to the settinggroup table.
Be sure to back up your files/database first. |

I wish my users pay 50 points(storep of lesane's store) for per play, earn 2 points for each correct answer and earn 500 points if 100% correct!
However only found earn points addon..... Anyone know how to add "pay for Quiz"? Thanks a lot! |
