I saw a picture in a gaming magazine, which looked like the actual thing, with a modded picture on the same page, it looked more real in a living room based setting, I will find it and scan it. who knows

What are the laws about claiming bankruptcy and starting a business. It seems he is a smart fraud. He puts the business under his family members name, and then declares bankruptcy keeping his credit clean.
