Just for the record we transfer sold licenses all the time. However be aware that a large percentage of these 'used' licenses are fraudulent.

Also there are some scams in which people buy a license, resell it, then issue a chargeback on the credit card purchase. This invalidates the license and leaves both us and the buyer as victims. Buyer beware.
