That error is related to php itself. Something on page 9 of that thread is making php to take up more then 15 seconds.

It used to be fine. It's in Teck's vbarchive thread and shows how you link the forums and threads to the archive pages itself.

Try now. Somebody inconsiderately posted a huge block of PHP code (not even valid PHP code) which causes the problem.
