Default Want to Purchase, BUT....

Hi. Im totally newbie to this. But have seen on other sites, how vBulletin works. And YEAH!!! Im interested for bying this stuff...

Im just a few clicks before i proceed with the purchase, BUT i have 2 important (for me) questions.

1) Ive got my site running with MyPhpnuke. Is it possible after i install vbulletin, to import all my members and all of my articles from Myphpnuke to vBulletin??? These are the only things i dont want to loose from my old site. Has anyone used any tool for this job???

2) Is there a Greek language file included in vBulletin?

Hope someone will help..........

1) Yes it's possible, but i don't know how hard it would be

2) nope, just english or german are officially available, but iirc there is a greek translation (but not 100% sure)

I tried searching for a Greek translation and I didn't find one. You can always request it once you have a license.

Yeap! I'll request it. Or even translate, if i'll be able to know which files should be translated.

So, the main problem/question remaining, is... if i will be able to import users and articles & how!!!

translation is doable without editing files, you can translate it from within the templates.

also when vb3 is released, languagepacks will be available in nearly every language, as it would become much easier to translate vb then

as your main question:
i already said yes it's possible, but i won't say how to do it, we just give detailed support for licensed users, sorry

there is no fix release date for vb3 yet.
Beta6 will be out on Monday we hope, and it may take perhaps a month until RC/Gold.
But as said no fix date for vb3 Gold yet, so don't quote me on the dates

You are now appearing as licensed. You can request it in Hack Request, or if you are willing to pay, Service Request.
