Help! Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
Starting last week, all messages that go to users who subscribe to threads (like "user X has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled...") whose mailboxes are full, or their email addresses are no longer valid are now being returned to the email address configured through VB as the webmaster's.
Up until then, all undeliverable messages must have been going into deep space. But now I'm getting almost 50 messages a day intended for users who for various reasons or other cannot. How can I stop all these emails? |

I'm running 2.2.9 as well and these are getting so annoying, not to mention my host charges me for ALL of my bandwidth used.
I don't want to change the contact address because it's also the support addres. Anyone have a resolution to this? |

Make your board send mail from something other than a catchall account, and just never check mail in that account.
I used to get e-mails for out-of-office autorepliers, among other things. |
