I'll prolly have him hackin round tha age five....Daughter's six and been surfin the net better than my wife for over a year now
lol The sony doesn't do a still pic justice unfortunately. One thing about the finepix though, they are excellent for the close shots, but in low light distance conditions, they suck. just the way the optics work. For a good all around cam that will be used all the time, I would g with an olympus simply because that's all they do is optics. So it's a given that they know their ++++. BUT, for general purpose video and still, including lowlight, I would go with one of Sony's new digital camcorders. They've an extremely low lux rating which allows them to "see" in the dark. And the stills come out pretty good, as well as the video if you transfer it via USB2 or firewire. My two cents on that |

We have the Sony DCR-TRV25 Camcorder. We got it about a year ago and the wife uses it all the time for catching the little ones in their moments. It seems to do what she wants except for the still pictures. We might end up going the Olympus for that, I guess.

Anyways, The docs kinda booted me outta the room while she was sleeping abit during labor. So I came home and waited for the page saying that it's crunch-time. I was out the door and doing 115 mph on the interstate before the computer had time to shutdown. I'm only 10 miles from the hospital, so it wasn't that big of a deal...I did however find out that I can do 10 miles in under 4 minutes. It actually took more time to run through the hospital to get to her room than it did to get to the hospital. |

Nope #2. We lost one about two years ago, that's where the name Pheonix comes into play.
