In the U.S., yes. However, you must have someone over 21-years-old who has their license in the passenger seat. If you old your learner's license for one year with no mistakes (or very little, I forgot) then you can have a license and drive own your own. lowest possible age is 16.

Good luck Oricon. I have exams next week. Tuesday having Maths (Covers alot of areas) and English (Mostly Media/Newspaper stuff). Wednesday I have Italian, and Sciene. (Which has Chemistry/Physics/Soundwaves/Electromagnets).

I took my driving test today. Passed the manuvability portion perfect and everything. I was in a familiar area while taking the Driving portion. So I didn't see this stop sign and I stopped as soon as I saw it. He told me to take a right. I did, after i stopped for a good 2 seconds(stopped completely). He said I ran the freakin' stop sign!!!! So that means immediate failure! This so freakin' sucks! Damn my examiner to hell!
