I was looking for this hack but hopeless
Basically it will add a dropdown option in the Add New Forum page
And we can choose to order threads by Date or by Topic Title (I really need this) etc.
Hope someone can release this hack cuz i think it's not very hard to do

Search and ye shall find (advanced forum properties, IIRC).
