how do you put a background image in the quick reply box? · **Released**: 04-18-2003

i cant find this anywhere, can someone please show me... i find the attach image to quick reply thread, but that wasnt what i was looking for... those are just options to upload images to your quick replies, but what im looking for is how do you add a background image into the text area of the quickreply box...
