People abuse images in signatures, and would like a hack that disables img's in sigs. I have searched everywhere and cant find something remotely close to what I need.

vBulletin Options > Posting Code allowances (vB code / HTML / etc) > Allow vB IMG code in signatures?

Tigga is right - this feature has been built into vB for a long time now.
