I have a hack installed that gives you a popup window, but I have already posted in the thread and not getting any help. I was wondering if it's part of VB that has a description character limit and if there is a way to turn it off.
One of the main reasons I installed the hack with the popups was so that it would hide long detailed descriptions of my forum when somebody wasn't rolling their mouse over my [forum description] buttons.

I can't speak for Filburt, of course. But I imagine he is referring to the actual table in the db. Go into phpmyadmin and click on the "properties" button of your forum table. In the properties, you can change the 'descriptions' section to text instead of the default "char(250)" (which I think limits characters to 250).

Well I found out that the popup wasn't appearing because I had a " ' " in "that's" which was causing it, but now with that table changed I shouldn't have a problem even if I was gonna.
Many thanks for such a quick reply. Now I have to create so uber long descriptions of my forums. :laugh:
