How do I rearrange the Category and TableHeading bar on the main forum pages like here at Vbulletin.org?

Currently, my forum puts the table heading at the top -- Forum, Posts, Threads, then Last Post.

Then it puts the category name -- then it lists the forums for each category.

I want it to :

List the Category first

Then the Table Heading Bar --

Then the forums.

Can anyone help?
