Members vote for Members of the month

I am looking for a feature to add into maybe something like VB index or something to that effect where VB can automatically choose a Member of the Month based on VOTES or Automatically. Basically a person on the forum can vote for a member of the month inside that persons profile. We could list the current top 5 vote getters on the main forum page or website home page.

Basically we let the members vote for who gets member of the month. Then we can set our own prizes.

Voting the month of Jan for member of the month would make the winners name and profile appear for the whole month of Feb. In the mean time voting for the member of the month for Feb is taking place at that same time and the winner will be displayed in march.

What would also be great is having multiple MEMBER GROUPS to be allowed to be voted on. So we could have a "Nintendo" Member of the month and a "Playstation" member of the month. based on what User Group a person is. I am really looking for something like this. Anyone privvy enough to attempt it? I might even pay to have it developed.
