Yo, Im lookn for a welcome pannel like this one http://www.rap-concepts.com/forums/index.php check out their welcome pannel. Thats the one I want, does anyone know where I can get it??

That's just a normal unhacked vB welcome panel, with the template changed into a table. Just edit your forumhome_logout and forumhome_login templates using plain HTML.
