vBhome seems great, I just looked at it, great script, and in the thread it links to TeckWizards.com, my friend mods there, head over there it seems there are some great addons and stuff for it to. I installed it within few minutes, and it has a very low query low than other products I have used, especially since I do not have all the resources in the world to waste.

Try it

Run it on localhost to test, if it is not what you are looking for no need to keep

It is free and it seems like an amazing script for being free.
