What is this thing anyway.. like, what things revolving around PHP do they discuss, and how can the average guy like me benefit from going to one of these? Also, are there any booth-babes like an E3 expo? ![]() edit: never mind, answered my question (that is, concerning the purpose of the PHPcon) Damn.. I sure wish I could attend this thing.. long tutorials by experts of PHP.. it would be awesome. *starts to plot how to somehow accumulate the airfare and admission* |

Hint: I bet it will be a bunch of boring lectures and propoganda about the all-godly PHP5. I also have the awful feeling that they'll completely make PHP blow by making it more OO. That's what makes me vomit when I hear somebody say "Java."
