I think of all the hack categories on Vbulletin user-personalization is the most lacking. There needs to be more ways for members to express themselves uniquely, other than a users sole identification being their name, title, and avatar. Maybe a custom icon (15x15 say) for every user, that can show to the left or right of the users name, and can be selected in the usercp.
