Breaks between forums?? · **Released**: 03-05-2003

I've seen this answer before, but no amount of searching seems to find it for me.

I really like how on the forum page for vbulletin.org there are those "spacers" inbetween each of the forum sections. How can I do that? I'm sure it's some insanely easy template modification but I don't know what I'm looking for to change.
