OK I have an actual better idea. Is it possible to make a photo gallery with the rate me feature in it, or just even having a rate me section.

Photopost does this already. But it is a commercial product. No hacks have been released that does this.

Actualy I would think that be an easy one.... Just be like a top site in a way..

Instead of banners use pictures and make a thing for comments.
