Ive worked for the last 3 days on a new zelda style and so far ive got 2 problems

Where the forums are I want a table on the very left of them, how would i do that, where would i edit for that?

As you can see the author and thread and all that stuff is not aligned right, what would i edit to make it right again? i only need the template name.
