How would I make it so only certain thread icons can be used by the moderator, but unavailable for the users? Or to limit certain thread icons to only 1 forum of the whole message board system?

being that I am as newbie as you can get in php and mysql, where do I do all that stuff??

Sorry. No time to document this one to make it newbie friendly. I have since figured out a better way to do it. Maybe I will have time to write it up in the future.
