Not to put vB.org or Chen down for running it but I don't think it should have been allowed to be nominated. vB.org already is an official Jelsoft site anyway and the other boards I'm sure would like getting an award or two.
But anyway, best of luck to vB.org

I agree with the turtle, vb.org is an official vBulletin site and shouldn't be eligible for the award of BOTM. vB.org doesn't need an award like that, it's already official vB...it's like nominating vbulletin.com. It's like John entering a contest to win a vB license

Actually, vB.org is an UNofficial vB site, and it is totally independent from Jelsoft and vB.com, although obviously Chen is part of the vB team, and Jelsoft provides hosting. However, vB.org, strictly speaking, is an independent site, with close affiliation with vB.com.

Well it's extremely strongly affiliated with vbulletin.com, if you want a hack, they will tell you to come here, even John would.
Also, this site uses the same "enter email addresses to allow downloads of attachments" form as vbulletin.com

I think vb.org is pretty deserving of the award. however, if you disagree - please vote for [plug]The One Boards - a LoTR site[/plug]
