Well from a desing point-of-view these aspects jumped to mind:

- header looks a bit fuzzy and i'm sure you could do a better job
- i'd intigrate a graphic navbar instead of buttons
- use your own original buttons (they're not that hard to make in PS)
- the colors are all too alike and it's too dark which make it hard to read
