I would actually take out edit own post, after the ticket has been answered by an admin.
I would also suggest integrating this into the UserCP, Trouble Ticket System meets a users personal need, so it can be more unique, and more logical to be used within the Users CP. Also I wouldn't make its own control panel, make an admin file that can be linked through the admin, and when listing the tickets have it list like this. Qued Tickets: Name of Ticket: Catagory *I have to go out urgently, when I get back I will finish this post* |
