Of top of my head some ideas... *may not be 100% correct, but likely

As far as my head tells me all bb code is done via bbcodeparse() or some other function in the functions file. Inside the function global $bbuserinfpo and unless the usergroupid parameter is what you watn run a return statement before anything is done.
