I need a way of preventing Moderators from using the sticky thread feature while still allowing Admins to use it. IOW, only users who are Admins can make a thread sticky. No one else.

Any help is appreciated.

I looked there first. But I don't see any sticky thread permissions either in the Moderator's group profile or in the individual Mod users profiles.

Is it called something else?
