Default looking for a programmer!
i'm currently looking for a programmer for hire to help me write a script for my soccer forum. I'm having a seasonal picks competition for my users and currently everything is done manually from offering odds to calculating points and tabulating their rankings. It takes a damn long time do those manually

I'm offering around $400 for the job, any takers?

Lesane, its a pretty big project, I don't think My time that I spend on this would be worth 400$ :-/

Then again $400 gose along way. you could buy your second vB and hivemail . but i agree, the projects to big and would take up to much of my time. sorry.

Hey BluSmurf: if you get an overflow of VB programmers, shoot me an email at ladyfyre@bellsouth.net with a few of them will ya??? i guess PPN doesn't luv me no more (or acutally just got too busy for me now that he is STAFF and all)....but i have a few projects that i have been needing to get done on my site as well....

Email or PM me what you want, I have few programmers that I know who would do stuff, including like 4 people here.

In the email, send all info you need, and your budget or whatever.

Also when picking people to do projects for you, I suggest you ask them for samples, and test out there samples, and projects before picking.

I would echo drkfusion comments (i speak from experience) Also ask for proof. Get a signed contract in place listing what you are getting and agree a time frame. I would even go to arrange penelty fee's if the contract is broken.
