How about an 'Overheard' hack?

I like the idea, Tungsten. Not long ago, someone posted a smart remark in our forum that was really funny. So I set up that quote on our home page (vbP) with a "click here" link taking the viewer back to that post on our forum page.

Easy enough to fiddle with for a single bit of text once in a while. But think it would be great to have a collection of them we could browse through, as you've suggested.

Would love to see a hack that added this.
