Upon Registration, Verify E-mail addy

If this is supposed to be completely automatical, you must use a cron job. However, most webhosters in Germany don't offer these on normal webspace( including mine), so I cannot offer this one.

I have no problem in searching for unconfirmed members with less than 1 post an a registration date of 10 days before today, in order to prune them.


But I think a modification verifying at least the synthay of the email addresses would be useful.
