Can someone come up with something that will let me move a users group ?

I basically want moderators to be able to move a user from a registerd group into a members group. -- But I don't want these moderators to access the CP.

I searched, and can't find anything out there... can anyone help me out ?

you can install my mods can edit users hack
it's fully customizable to just do what you wanted...
