Username Decorations

I already have username colors enabled on my forums, but I was wondering, how can I make it so that I can also enable underlining and bolding of names, and also one user asked if I could make the names have a color fader.

I have my own hack setup already using profile fields in order to create the name colors, one for the text color, one for the background color, and one for the border.

What would I need to do if I wanted to also let them choose to have bolded, underlined, and color fading names.

I posted a VERY simple dumbed down version of uhl a while back. Note that, it's a tad cumberstone to edit, but it allows you bold and what not. The version I posted only works within showthread though.

However, if you want I also do have a better version availible which works practically everywhere on the forum (see my site) and is very easy to edit (your authorized users can edit their colors too). But I'm not giving it out for free at this time. If you're interested pm or email.
