I have a "post a question" forum on my board. So people can ask questions (wow

) but now what I would like to see :

When a user posts a question everything happens as normal, but as soon as a person replies a box gets added on top of the show thread page with the people that replied to the thread. The original author can then choose who answered his question. Only he can of course, when he chooses who got the right answer the box on top changes to something like "This question has been answered by <user>" and the post is automatically closed.

In a further stadium I would like to make it so that the user who got the answer gets points (I have the rating system installed)

I think this would be very useful to get people to help others and keeping the forum clean. I am surprised I didn't see it here yet

I actually already have the karma hack installed.... but that doesn't do what I described above... if all that is done it could add points to the one who answered the question.
