I cant post anywhere but here?

is there something I have to do to be able to post?

This is whats going on, I help someone out that has paid for vb, I am trying to install some hacks for him, but I have questions but cant seem to post them in the right forum?

Can yall answer just one question?

I installed the quick reply hack.....but when it loads the pages I get this error.
