Thanks for the post noX. I was using this hack with InvisionBoard before I upgraded to VB, and it's the only thing I miss about them. Here is a link to a site using the hack so you can see how it works, and a link to the discussion forum about this hack.

I am looking to use this for an article database on my site. I would like to create a new user group and have only them be able to post articles in this area, but allow it to be open to everyone for reading. No comments should be allowed on the articles, or they just become another forum. I would like to be able to organize the articles into different catagories. And lastly, I would like to move the author colum from the left of the post, to the end like a footer. This will allow the articles to post full screen so that I can post larger pictures in the artickes without having to scroll left and right to view them.
