I think this is easier to do when you make a specific category the tutorial 'part' and the forums in there are the tutorial categories, where 'normal' posts contain the actual tutorials...
that's not very hard to do (1 or 2 file edit, maybe add some templates)

if i have some more time i'll look further into this...
