Somthin small needed

I need two things and it shouldnt be too hard for you.

1. I need to know how to move my Posts Theads to the right. Please see my forum to see what I mean. www.gotdbz.com/vb

2. I need the link to the hack that counts posts and tell me how to put it in the uper right corner.
