Can anyone tell me what hacks these are?

1. The first hack I wanted to know about is that: http://www.squarespirit.net/~forum and it basicly makes it so that all posts are the same size and if there is alot of text or a picture or something there will be a scroll bar on the side.

2. A picture of the second hack is included before.

1. That's a template hack.

2. That's Firefly's Multiple Code hack in the Beta Hack forums.
