Forums Unlicenced Users Can Post In

I know this has been covered before, but I think it would be benifical if I could have a post to refer to and see exactly what forums unlicenced users can post in, I though for example the PHP forum could only be used by licenced users. I'd be greatful if a moderator or admin could compleate the list for me (YES means they can post in the forum.

• Site Feedback - YES
• General Hacking Discussion - NO
• Pre-Sales Questions - YES
• Full Releases - NO
• Hacking Hints and Tips - NO
• Requests - NO
• Help Me Finish - NO
• Support - NO
• PHP - YES
• Template Modifications - NO
• Buttons and Graphics - NO
• Template Questions and Button Requests - YES
• Language Packs - NO
• The Lounge - YES
• Forum Commenting - YES (Reply)
• Testing Zone - YES

I'll make it easier. Unlicenses users can only post under Announcements (post only), Site Feedback, Pre-Sales, PHP, The Lounge, Forum Commenting (post only) and Testing Zone... pretty much what you said.
