Would anyone be able to write a hack that would let me run 2 or 3 boards using the same members database kinda like automotiveforums.com has

Do you mean, if you register at one of the forums, it registers you at all the forums? That kind of integration?

It's a rather difficult and lengthy hack, maybe somebody might take interest.
