how hard is it to get a VB set up like the site above? In other words how many hours, give or take? Thanks.

It really just depends, if you want to do it yourself then you would need to be good with graphics and pretty good with HTML. If you just mean the basic setup of that without the templates and stuff you could get it set up within a few hours. But if you want some graphics like his then it could take up to a week.
