one of my members has a problem whenever he views the boards he gets this error and it freezes him computer

3cmlnkw has caused an error in 3CV42DLL.

3cmlnkw will now close

what can i do to help him bc he said it only happens on my forums...so any help would be great

This shouldn't be anything to do with your forums. Its the program called "3cmlnkw" that your user has running on his PC.

hmm oh well i thought it might have been something with my forums bc he said it only happens on my forums no place else
