i was wondering if someone knew how to do this?

i was wanting it so it only appears to people who are not logged in, as a hack of this nature could get to be quite annoying!

or maybe this hack could read the cookie if it was there and then not show it at all, like if someone had auto loggin on or whatever it is called again
