Do we have this ability?

I have a banned member who keeps pestering me as though we are intentionally sending her email "addressed to her personally" from our website.

The only thing I can figure is that she subscribed to threads.

In her control panel, the settings for "email replies" is set to NO.

Other email has been set to no and we don't send admin email any way.

Perhaps she subscribed to a few threads that keep going and going and going?

Is there a way to unsubscribe her?

I did find the "unsubscribe all members from thread ID ability in the admin control panel, did a search of all her threads and using the thread ID, I unsubscribed those members.... Do you suppose there is something I've missed?

You can run this SQL query:

[sql]
DELETE FROM subscribethread WHERE userid=XX
[/sql]

Replace XXX with her userid..
