very likely: you applied gender hack modifications to your php scripts but forgot to run the relevant SQL query to update your tables.

Last error message explains it all: "mysql error: Unknown column 'gender' in 'field list'". That is, you are supposed to have a gender column in your table and you dont have it.

Check hack instructions carefully..
